Summary:

Ty Lawson was arguably the fastest player in college basketball this past season. A bit undersized at 5′11″ for the NBA, Lawson enters the 2009 NBA draft with the best assist to turnover ratio of all of the point guard prospects at 3.1 to 1. A definite steal if he goes later in the first round for any team that takes him.
