2010 PAC 10 Basketball Tournament Schedule

The 2010 PAC 10 Basketball Tournament will be held March 10th through March 13th at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. The winner of the PAC 10 tournament obtains an automatic bid to the 2010 NCAA Tournament. The sponsor of the PAC 10 men’s basketball tournament is Pacific Life, so you will see the tournament referred to with the sponsors name pre-pended on the front. This season all teams but USC will be playing with USC ineligible for post-season play this year.

This year has been a rough one so far for the PAC-10 compared to years past. California, Arizona State, and Washington have performed the best this season, but the for the first time in memory, if all three teams don’t win a majority of their games, the PAC-10 is in danger of only have the automatic bid from the PAC 10 tournament making the 2010 NCAA tournament. If you are traveling to L.A. for the PAC 10 tournament, staying in a hotel in downtown Los Angeles will help you same time and money on traveling to and from the Staples Center.
