The 2010 NCAA Basketball Tournament West Regionals will be held Thursday March 25th and Saturday March 27th, 2010 at the EnergySolutions Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah. The University of Utah is the host of the event.
The West regional will be held at the EnergySolutions Arena that is in downtown Salt Lake City. The arena normally hosts the Utah Blaze (Arena Football) and the NBA’s Utah Jazz and has a maximum capacity of 19,11. There are also a fair number of club-level and luxury box seats at the stadium which is located off of I-80 and I-15 depending on which direction you are driving into town.
When traveling to Salt Lake City for the NCAA Tournament, you will want to consider staying in a downtown Salt Lake City hotel in order to be centrally located and to save on cab and gasoline costs.
